This is a slightly oversized, heavyweight shirt. If you want a true oversized fit, I recommend you size up one size. For reference, I am 5'8, 175lb, and I wear an XL. if you want the shirt to look even better, I crop a couple of inches off the bottom to give it more of a boxier look! all you have to do is take some scissors and cut straight across, a couple of inches above the bottom of the shirt.
