MY FAVORITE SPLIT

This is my newest/ current split and by far my favorite. Not only has this been the most enjoyable program I’ve ran, I can confidently say that I’ve never made progress as quickly as I have while running this program. This program has helped me chip away those last few weak points of mine in order to help me achieve my dream physique. In my opinion it has the perfect amount of volume and intensity, it’s more on the higher volume side while still keeping up the right amount of intensity.
